Skrapz will endeavor to dispatch your order on the first business day after your order is placed. However, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over a weekend will usually be sent on the following Tuesday.
There is a flat rate charge of £2.95 for all UK orders, if we deem this to be excessive for your order we will refund via Paypal at our discretion. Overseas customers are asked to contact us for exact shipping costs.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Larger or higher value orders may be sent with a courier and will require signature on delivery.
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your precious papers, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
In order to keep our packaging costs down, your shipping costs low and protect the environment we may reuse clean packaging.
Whilst we endeavor to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. Items will be restocked as soon as possible, but we remain at the mercy of suppliers, freight companies, etc, so it's difficult to give an accurate estimate on likely times for re-ordering. We do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number.
We will be happy to refund you for the returned item(s) providing they are returned in their original condition within 7 days. Sealed packs must be unopened. You must pay for the cost of returning unwanted goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. You should obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit back to us.
