Our Fifth Skrapztacular is all set to be the best yet. We’ve listened to you comments about our other retreats and believe we have come up with the ultimate package to ensure that your weekend away is full of learning new things, meeting new friends catching up with old friends and scrapping from dawn till dawn in comfortable surroundings. Not to mention scrapbook shopping to die for.

Our venue is the Holiday Inn, Ironbridge, Telford Shropshire. Situated just off the M54 at Telford.

We have a fantastic weekend arranged with classes, cocktails, goody bags galore and scrapbook shopping galore. All in one place. This retreat is guaranteed to be the ultimate in Scrapbooking weekends.

Tutors

Jayne Bentley, Designer of the fabulous Colour My World Templates.  

Jayne is  originally from the East Riding, but spent 13 years in North Ogden, Utah, USA, where she found scrapbooking and became a bit of an addict. She returned to the UK in 2000 and started The PaperTrail Company that year.
“I really love being creative, using any colour, taking photos and designing products especially if I have a good stash of chocolate to hand. I love being part of this fantastic industry, where I have met so many talented people but the biggest thrill has to be when I see what other people have created using my products.”

Jayne did the first scrapbooking show on QVC in January of 2001 and eventually became a regular on Ideal World/ Create and Craft where she can be seen today. She has written many articles for most of the craft magazines in this country and taught all over the world along the likes of Karen Foster, Shirley Pilkington  and Jan Lanoy . Not to mention being the keynote speaker at CHA in America. 

Jayne designs papers and rubberstamps for Creative Expressions, TrimCraft and Crafty Bitz as well as some American companies. She has written a book "A beginners guide to scrapbooking" and once had her own scrapbooking magazine "Scrapbooking Memories and More"

 Jayne is looking forward to using some of her own products when she teaches at Skrapztacular V in June.

Liberty Chance, Former Founder of Bellaboo Scrapbooking.

Liberty taught at one of our previous retreats and is back by popular demand. We all loved her style and easy approach to the beautiful designs she taught. Liberty regularly appears in popular scrapbook magazines and runs her own crop in Bromsgrove.

Classes will be revealed closer to the event but you can rest assured they will be jam packed full of creative ideas from layouts to mini books and then some.

This retreat will be the perfect chance to unwind and let your creative juices flow.

Accommodation Options –please note all rooms have a double bed per person

1. Full Weekend Package

   Friday – Sunday
   Includes: 3 course dinner Friday night, Saturday Full English Breakfast, hot 2 course lunch, 3 course dinner, Sunday Full English Breakfast, carvery lunch 2 classes, goody bag. 50 hours of cropping time and full use of the hotel leisure facilities.
   Single room rate - £365
   Twin share - £350

2. Mini Weekend Package

   Saturday - Sunday
   Includes: Saturday hot 2 course lunch, 3 course dinner, Sunday Full English Breakfast, carvery lunch 2 classes, goody bag, 24 hours of cropping time and full use of the hotel leisure facilities.
   Single room rate - £245
   Twin share - £230

3. Saturday Only - £60
   Includes Cropping 9:00am – 7:00pm, hot 2 course lunch 1 class and a goody bag.

Check out is 10am on Sunday however the crop room will be available until 5:00pm.

Health Spa
Those of you who choose an overnight option will be able to use the Health Spa at no extra cost, Gym, Sauna, Jaccuzzi, Swimming pool etc

Beauty Therapy
There will be a professional beautician available through out please book directly with the hotel.

Classes
Themes and exact details will be announced at the end of April. Each class will be about 2 hours duration, Extra classes can be booked for a fee. Costs include expert tuition, all class materials and a few other bits and pieces thrown in.

Payment
To reserve a place on our Retreat we require a deposit of £80 this is not refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by us in which case a full refund will be given.

Once we have received your deposit you have until May 1st 2010 to pay the balance. Any accounts not settled by then will receive a reminder to settle immediately or forfeit their place.

When we call you to confirm your place we will ask you how and when you would like to pay the balance, ie monthly, bi-monthly, weekly this will allows us to work out a payment plan just for you.

Those of you who wish to pay by cheque we will hold your place for 10 days to allow the cheque to arrive and clear before we can confirm your place.
