Our Fourth Skrapztacular is all set to be the best yet. We’ve listened to you comments about our other retreats and believe we have come up with the ultimate package to ensure that your weekend away is full of learning new things, meeting new friends catching up with old friends and scrapping from dawn till dawn in comfortable surroundings. Not to mention scrapbook shopping to die for.
Our venue is the Holiday Inn, Ironbridge, Telford Shropshire. Situated just off the M54 at Telford.
We have a fantastic weekend arranged with classes, cocktails, goody bags galore and scrapbook shopping galore. All in one place. This retreat is guaranteed to be the ultimate in Scrapbooking weekends.
Our fabulous guest tutor will be Liberty Chance, Founder of Bellaboo Scrapbook Supplies. Classes will be revealed closer to the event but you can rest assured they will be jam packed full of creative ideas from layouts to mini books and then some.
This retreat will be the perfect chance to unwind and let your creative juices flow.

Accommodation Options –please note all rooms have a double bed per person

Friday – Sunday
Includes: 3 course dinner Friday night, Saturday Full English Breakfast, hot 2 course lunch, 3 course dinner, Sunday Full English Breakfast, carvery lunch 2 classes, goody bag. 50 hours of cropping time and full use of the hotel leisure facilities.
Single room rate - £365
Twin share - £350
- Mini Weekend Package
Saturday - Sunday
Includes: Saturday hot 2 course lunch, 3 course dinner, Sunday Full English Breakfast, carvery lunch 2 classes, goody bag, 24 hours of cropping time and full use of the hotel leisure facilities.
Single room rate - £245
Twin share - £230
- Saturday Only - £60
Includes Cropping 9:00am – 7:00pm, hot 2 course lunch 1 class and a goody bag.
Check out is 10am on Sunday however the crop room will be available until 5:00pm.

Those of you who choose an overnight option will be able to use the Health Spa at no extra cost, Gym, Sauna, Jaccuzzi, Swimming pool etc

There will be a professional beautician available through out please book directly with the hotel.
Classes
Themes and exact details will be announced at the beginning of April. Each class will be about 2 hours duration, Extra classes can be booked for a fee. Costs include expert tuition, all class materials and a few other bits and pieces thrown in.
Payment
To reserve a place on our Retreat we require a deposit of £80 this is not refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by us in which case a full refund will be given.
Once we have received your deposit you have until September 30th 2009 to pay the balance. Any accounts not settled by then will receive a reminder to settle immediately or forfeit their place.
When we call you to confirm your place we will ask you how and when you would like to pay the balance, ie monthly, bi-monthly, weekly.
Those of you who wish to pay by cheque we will hold your place for 10 days to allow the cheque to arrive and clear before we can confirm your place.

Early Bird Special
If we receive payment in full by July 31st 2009 for a full weekend or mini weekend package we will take £50 off your accommodation fee. We’re sorry but this does not apply to the Saturday only option.
